These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at loveautodetailing.com and any services booked through it (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Love Auto Detailing provides mobile and appointment-based auto detailing services in Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, the Annapolis region, and the Eastern Shore. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition, location, and weather.

When you submit a booking request, you authorize us to confirm and schedule that appointment. Bookings are not final until approved by Love Auto Detailing. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments for safety, weather, capacity, or any other reason, in which case we will notify you promptly.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize the stated charge for the service or membership you selected. Memberships renew automatically on the stated cadence until canceled. You may cancel a membership from your account dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. Completed services are non-refundable, but if you are not satisfied please contact us within 48 hours and we will work in good faith to make it right.

• Provide accurate vehicle, location, and contact information.
• For mobile service: provide reasonable access to the vehicle, a safe parking area, and access to water and electricity when required for the service. If access is unavailable, additional fees may apply.
• Remove valuables and personal items before service.
• Disclose any known damage, mechanical issues, mold, biohazards, or other conditions before service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Auto Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services or the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, defects in factory finishes, aftermarket modifications, or items left in the vehicle.

The Site and its content, including text, logos, photographs, and graphics, are owned by Love Auto Detailing or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. See our Copyright Notice for details.

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading booking information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site.
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or refuse service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
